What's the Kaishi Co vibe & what does Kaishi mean?

Great question! The vibe we hope you're picking up on is authentic, carefree, sparkly—so basically we're making things you though we're pretty cool as a kid and in adulthood you are realizing they still are actually really cool.

The meaning of Kaishi depends on your method of translation. In Chinese and Japanese, it is “to start or commence”. It is also the word for an elegant piece of paper with many uses. As a name, I witnessed Kaishi to mean “the timing is right”. The name just skips across the tongue like a flat stone on a pond and it feels like it's filled with endless possibilities. Just like the far reaches of each person's imagination.

If I don't like something, can I return it or exchange it for something else?

The short answer, is “no, but maybe someday”. As a small business I don't have the human power to process returns/ exchanges at this time, but I hope to have this convenience added in the future. That being said, I do make sure to note sizing and specs in the descriptions of each item. If I have failed to provide a satisfactory details on something, please do reach out prior to your purchase!
